Policy: (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
Under
the above customers are entitled to a 7 day cooling off
period.
In
order to receive a refund, you must notify us of your wish
to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
We will arrange for a full refund within 30 days. Should
you prefer you may instead exchange your item.
All
items must be sent back in the original packaging and complete
with all box inserts and accessories. You must take reasonable
care of goods you wish to return. Should you wish for a
refund or an exchange, you will be responsible for the return
postage.
All
dolls that are shipped, are checked thoroughly for any damage,
in order to ensure that you receive it in excellent condition.
This
does not affect your statutory rights.
